The Metro North C.L.L.A.S.S. Mentoring Program (Capability, Leadership, Learning and Skill Sets Mentoring Program) focuses on developing our employees capability and leadership skills by facilitating one-to-one mentoring relationships that connects mentees with other leaders within our organisation.

During this 8 month program, using the information you provide, a proven methodology and an intelligent matching algorithm, we help create effective mentor and mentee partnerships. These self driven mentoring relationships will be guided by our C.L.L.A.S.S. mentoring software keeping you on track and active. Our step-by-step guidance, resources and education will assist you to create and reach your mentoring goals whilst encouraging a productive and high engagement mentoring partnership.

Mentor

A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees. Mentoring is more than the transfer of advice, knowledge, and insights, however. This relationship will offer reciprocal benefits for mentors, mentees and our Metro North workforce as a whole.

Mentee

Mentees are self-motivated individuals who are committed to personal and professional growth and who receives advice, training, or guidance from a more experienced or skilled mentor. Being mentored is one of the most valuable and effective development opportunities that can be offered to employees. To get the most from the experience, the mentee needs to take responsibly for driving their development within the mentoring partnership.
