The Metro North C.L.L.A.S.S. Mentoring Program (Capability, Leadership, Learning and Skill Sets) focuses on developing our employees capability and leadership skills by facilitating one-to-one mentoring relationships that connects mentees with other leaders within our organisation.
During this 8 month program, using information you provide on application, a proven methodology and an intelligent matching algorithm, we help create for you an effective mentor and mentee partnership. This self driven mentoring relationship will be guided by our C.L.L.A.S.S. mentoring software keeping you on track and active. Our step-by-step guidance, resources and education will assist you in creating and reaching your mentoring goals whilst encouraging a productive and high engagement mentoring partnership.
