All Metro North staff are entitled to register for internal coaching services.  The Metro North Coaching team is comprised of MN staff located across all sites, who volunteer their time and effort to support their peers. All Metro North Coaching team members are qualified and experienced in providing coaching services.

All discussions, information provided, and conversations shared between a Metro North Coach and the staff member will remain confidential. This is supported by the completion of a Coaching Agreement at the beginning of the coaching engagement.
